Sagrantino Festival Oct. 26 - Nov. 6, featuring food & wine from Umbria
Join us at ORO during the Sagrantino Wine Festival for a special Prix Fixe menu featuring the foods of Umbria, paired with Sagrantino di Montefalco, a lovely wine not available at the LCBO. The Sagrantino grape comes from a rare vine that almost went extinct, but was brought back into successful production. This exquisite grape forms part of many Chiantis and Brunellos.

Our beloved Domenico Ciccocioppo, 1942 - 2016
It is with very heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Domenico, devoted husband, father and grandfather, and best boss, owner and friend any one could have. He left us suddenly on Sunday, October 16th, and we are heartbroken. He loved his family, friends, staff, food and wine, and was passionate about his business, ORO, which he ran with his wife, Connie. He was bigger than life and the world is less bright without him.

He will be sorely missed.
